My approach
Mental Health Care and Coaching that’s collaborative, practical, and deeply human
You don’t have to manage anxiety, stress, or major change on your own. Support can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move forward.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring a whole-person lens to my work—considering your relationships, environment, identity, and the systems that shape your day-to-day life. Together we’ll clarify what matters to you, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and practice skills you can use between sessions.
My goal is to help you feel more steady in your body and mind—so you can respond to life with clarity instead of overwhelm.
Bonnie A. Walker, LCSW
I work with adults who want relief from worry and stress, support through life transitions, and a stronger sense of self-trust. Sessions are tailored to your goals and paced with care.
What you can expect
A supportive process with clear next steps
We’ll start by getting a clear picture of what’s bringing you in and what you want to be different. From there, we’ll set goals, track progress, and build strategies that fit you or your team—whether you’re managing anxious thoughts, feeling burned out, or navigating a new chapter.

Collaborative Care
Support that meets you where you are
The journey and growth should not create added stress seeking services. If you’re new to mental health care or professional coaching, I’ll help you get set up so you can feel comfortable and focused during sessions.
